i think now it is more to windows issues...
are you sure that the DHCP is configured correctly... i mean is it authorized...in the AD.. i think the DHCP is not giving IP.. during the boot screen of the sccm vm.. are u able to see the PXE..that is during the network boot are u getting an IP..?
