I apologize that I should have included all troubleshooting in the original post. I uninstalled the patch from one of the machines and made sure the registry was not showing the patch as installed and then, after a reboot, tried the re-install with protect. I got the same results as the patch still showed as missing on the next scan. I uninstalled the patch again, downloaded the patch to the machine and manully installed it. Protect still sees it as missing. Thanks for the reply though.
