I have sorted out the issue where it is?

 

Still we are facing virtual Infra stability issues intermediately. I have checked fdsik output for each and every VM. I found most of the VMs contained misaligned virtual disk in the NFS data store. I discussed with Netapps and come to know that these VM’s VMDK files are creating more I/O hops in the filer & affecting the storage performance frequently. When the storage performance meets the high utilization we are getting the issues like VM freezing issue/ VMs gone in read only mode.

 

Now we are doing the alignment by using mbr-align tool which is given by Netapps virtual storage console. Once we completed the virtual disk alignment activity, we need to observe the performance.
